This was a very special occasion for me as I wanted to give a lovely bouquet to my brother for his 70th birthday!! I live in Vermont and my brother lives in LA so I VERY nervous as to how this would all go!! So, I checked many sites and finally found Rita's and was blessed!! Rita took personal care and listened to all my concerns and made special sure that the delivery would go smoothly in Los Angeles. She even bothered to call me on the East Coast to assure me how things would proceed. I was not disappointed!! My brother and his family were thrilled and everyone was very happy. I could not recommend Rita more. She is a blessing. Eric
